Vegan & Gluten-Free Cheese Board

Seriously, who doesn’t love a cheese board? You can even make two, or separate a large board into two sections: vegan cheese and dairy cheeses. A good cheese board will have a mixture of textured cheeses – soft and hard, but also mild and strongly flavored. Don’t forget to compliment the cheese with tasty and beautiful displayed pairings like sliced apples, crackers, a swirl of raw honey, almonds, and even a festive jam.

Sparkling Pear Punch

For this recipe, you’ll need pear juice (unsweetened, preferably), sparkling water, and a lemon. Mix two cups of pear juice, two liters of sparkling water, and the juice of one lemon. Add liquid stevia to make it a little sweeter. If you like your punch very sweet, consider using Zevia Ginger Ale instead of sparkling water. Garnish your glasses with a little slice of pear.
