This workout can be done in 20 minutes and could possibly get you in the best shape of your life. We are not fans of working out for 4 hours except maybe Kate who likes to run for 2 hours at the crack of dawn. We can’t forget butts because they’re almost equivalent to the brows on our face. We aren’t looking to be like the Kardashians but a strong behind can help you run faster, lift groceries or your kids, and just feel better about your overall physique. You also do need a bubble butt per se, but rather to be the healthiest you can be with the little time you have each day.
